The loft includes a pull-out queen sofa-bed, and a bedroom with queen bed.
High-speed wi-fi is available, and there is plenty of parking right by the door that can accommodate larger vehicles and trailors.

The wild Ammonoosuc river is full of natural beauty, but sometimes that beauty can sneak into the house!
- Seasonally, lady bugs and other small insects may gather near the windows. We always remove them when we clean, but a few can sneak back in before you arrive. We try to avoid using harsh chemicals that can do other damage to the environment.
- The Artesian well pulls fresh water from deep below, but our water in the river valley has a slightly sulphur smell, yet it is still perfectly clean, fresh, and safe to use.
- Being right off of Route 302 is very convenient, but it does bring the sound of large trucks passing by. The riverside area is fairly protected from this sound by the meadow and by being further down the bank.
